Josh is a Commercial and Industrial Broker, specialising in Auckland Central Industrial Corridor. Prior to his Real Estate career, Josh has a background in Sports Management, where he represented a stable of Professional Rugby players across New Zealand, including Super Rugby and International Test players. This allowed Josh to hone his skills as an expert negotiator and communicator.
Holding both a Bachelor of Property and Bachelor of Commerce from the esteemed University of Auckland – Josh has a wealth of knowledge. This compliments his trademark grit and determination, which underpins his exemplary work ethic.
From a family deeply rooted in the Construction industry, Josh has a strong passion for Property. Joining James Group in January 2024 – born and bred in Central Auckland, Josh is well connected throughout the City. Working alongside business partner, Alex Kenel, they are committed to servicing your property needs through Central Auckland.
Outside of the office, Josh enjoys hacking his way around a golf course and on the grass playing and coaching Representative level Rugby.
