Alex Kenel

Alex specialises in the sales and leasing of industrial properties across Penrose, Onehunga, Mt Wellington and the surrounding suburbs.

He began his career in commercial property valuations, primarily assisting with industrial valuations in the South Auckland area. This role allowed him to develop a comprehensive understanding of the industrial market, including leasing and sale rates and valuation methods, while studying for a Bachelor of Property and Commerce at The University of Auckland.

Alex’s passion for real estate stems from his family’s residential development business. Growing up immersed in the industry, real estate has always been a natural fit for him. Driven by his enthusiasm for industrial properties and his enjoyment of working directly with clients, Alex is eager to assist clients in their real estate needs.

Outside of real estate, Alex enjoys surfing, running, and playing golf and guitar.
