He then expanded his expertise as a Property Manager at Bayleys Property Services, managing significant industrial, office, and retail assets. With a Bachelor of Property & Commerce from Auckland University, he combines academic knowledge with practical experience, making him a competitive and passionate professional in the property sector.

Now a Director of the Commercial division at James Group, Steven has brokered over 300+ lease and sales transactions. With a diverse background in property sales, leasing, and commercial property management Steven is well equipped to support clients through every stage of their property journey.
