Nick is a Commercial & Industrial Broker in Auckland, specialising in the City Fringe suburbs. With a bachelors degree in Property (BProp) and Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) specialising in finance from the esteemed University of Auckland, Nick brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his clients. Prior to joining James Group’s Agency sector, he honed his skills in an agency support role throughout his time at university, gaining valuable insights into the industry.

Working closely with his partners, Steven Hook and Dan Newman, Nick is dedicated to fulfilling the diverse needs of both tenants and landlords across central Auckland. Their collaborative approach ensures that every requirement is met with utmost professionalism and efficiency.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Nick finds solace in the great outdoors. During his spare time, you can often find him indulging in his passions for fishing, skiing, and a spirited round of golf.
