Josh is a Commercial and Industrial Broker, specialising in the West Auckland Region. Josh has a background in Sports Management, where he represented a stable of Professional Rugby players across New Zealand, including Super Rugby and International Wider Squad members. This allowed Josh to hone his skills as an expert negotiator and communicator.

Holding both a Bachelor of Property and Bachelor of Commerce (Management and International Business) from the esteemed University of Auckland – Josh has a wealth of knowledge. This compliments his trademark grit and determination, which underpins his exemplary work ethic.

With a strong passion for Property, Josh joined James Group in 2024 – a born and bred “Westie” with strong connections across the region the West Auckland team was a natural fit. Here, Josh and business partner Will Phillips provide a genuine and professional service, with a commitment to putting the West Auckland Industrial Market on the map.

Outside of the office, Josh enjoys spending time on the golf course and on the grass playing and coaching Club Rugby.
