Alicia holds a Bachelor of Property from the University of Auckland and gained valuable industry experience working part-time throughout her studies. Now an Executive Assistant to the brokers at James Group, she plays a key role in supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring a seamless client experience, bringing energy, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic to everything she does.

Driven by a passion for both property and people, Alicia is focused on building strong relationships, deepening her industry knowledge, and developing the skills needed for a long and successful career in real estate. She’s known for going the extra mile and approaching every task with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Outside of work, Alicia is a keen sports enthusiast, plays netball, and enjoys staying active. She values time with family and friends and is always open to new experiences.
