Hadleigh brings a wealth of experience to the commercial & industrial property sector, having 10 years experience in dual roles across Property and Facilities Management at prestigious firms like Bayley’s Property Services and various private investment companies. His extensive knowledge encompasses both tenant and landlord perspectives, equipping him to help clients achieve their goals with insightful advice on commercial building systems and project management.

A graduate of the University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Property, Hadleigh gained valuable hands-on experience by running his own property renovations business during his studies. This blend of academic and practical knowledge has honed his skills in clear communication, honesty, and prompt service, ensuring he matches properties seamlessly with his clients’ needs.

Currently, Hadleigh serves as a Commercial & Industrial Broker with James Group for the past 3 years, now focusing mainly on the City Fringe suburbs handling Sales & Leasing with Nick Lindberg. He is dedicated to assisting clients in meeting their property requirements with tailored solutions.

Outside of his professional life, Hadleigh enjoys building furniture, playing golf, diving, and photography, adding a creative and adventurous dimension to his character.
